This new model is based on the popular 271-MT, but offers a more economical entry point to the Mitox Multi-Tool range, with the powerful 25.4cc power unit, grass trimmer and brushcutter, and 40cm long reach hedgetrimmer attachments available for an RRP of only £249.00. Perfect for gardeners looking for a versatile and flexible tool, without the demand for a pruning attachment. Of course the pruning attachment can be purchased separately at a later date should the user’s needs change in future.

Powered by the reliable Mitox 25.4cc engine, the 281MT benefits from a unique new anti-vibration handle for even greater comfort during use. It retains the four tools which give the basic 271MT model its versatility - a grass trimmer and brushcutter, 10 inch pole pruner and a long reach hedgetrimmer attachment - which is itself further improved with a longer 55cm blade and a full 220 degree of articulation including a fully folded storage position.

The 281MT also includes a Quick Fit 700mm extension tube for an easy increase in working length, which has its own vibration reducing rubber grip.
