Using the ELIET Chopping Principle, the Maestro City cuts the wood with the grain to exploit its natural weakness. The blades cut into the wood like miniature hatchets, repeating the cycle for up to 36,000 cuts per minute. This gives you uniform chips that are ideal for using as a mulch layer or on a compost heap. A polymer shredding chamber wall gives better cutting efficiency than ever before.

Using a set of 12 ELIET RESIST™ reversible knives, the shredder can handle up to a cutting diameter of 40 mm, while you are able to keep the blades sharp and performance high.

Easy operation with clever features

A 60 litre collecting bag makes disposal of the chippings easy. Magnetic contacts on the bag and easy sliding ensures it is as simple as possible to work with, while a visor allows you to control its capacity. This model features a sliding safety flap, with no need for screws or tools. While operating the machine you will appreciate additional sound insulation in the funnel, making it more pleasant to work with.

Improved funnel design & transportation ability

The Maestro City has a funnel that is 5 cm wider and longer than before, allowing for easier intake. The Eliet Maestro Country shredder is a rugged and efficient solution for chipping materials up to 40mm in diameter.

Robust frame

Chipping wood is not a menial task. Here, a lot of power is unleashed inside the machine. A chipper only has a long operating life when no compromises are made in terms of quality and durability of the materials used. All of the ELIET chippers (small and large) are manufactured to the highest degree of craftsmanship. The Maestro Country is just one example of this. The steel shredding chamber is firmly welded to the tubular frame. The feed hopper of the ELIET Maestro Country has also been manufactured from steel.

Low noise

In the interests of the environment, ELIET always try to obtain harmony between the machine and its surroundings. The shredding chamber has a double wall in order to reduce the noise pollution from this chipper. The frame wall sound damping material dampens the drumming effect of the chippings on the wall. This action reduces the noise level by several dB.

Vibration Absorber

The Maestro Country has been developed for big city gardens. As your garden ages through the years, the size and thickness of the pruning waste that the shredder needs to be able to process will increase.
In order to continue enjoying the performance of the Maestro Country, the motor base has been supported by vibration absorbers. The support mounting of the blade shaft is elastic meaning excessive loads can easily be supported.

Collection bag

The fine chippings that the MAESTRO Country spits out form the basis for what will later be nutritional compost. These chippings are immediately collected in a large collection bag so that not one single chipping is lost. The contents of one full collection bag (80 litres) is more than enough to fill one wheelbarrow. The chippings do not always have to be deposited in the compost container. They can also be applied as a fertile mulch layer underneath the plantings at the borders of your garden.

Sight glass

There is a sight-glass in the top plate of the chassis so you can easily see when the bag is getting full.

Standard calibration sieve

Thanks to its special shredding system, the Eliet Maestro can deal with not only thick branches but also fine pruning waste including that from hedges and shrubs with no problem. Also leafy-rich green waste from flower borders or vegetable gardens can be mixed in together. Even autumn leaves that have been collected up can be put through the shredder.

Multi-purpose grating for wet greenwaste

Should anyone want to exclusively shred such moisture-rich green material, ELIET advises to replace the standard calibration sieve by an optional “multi-purpose grating for wet greenwaste” (Art. code MA 001 052 001) in order to prevent any clogging.

Compact storage

In order to transport the Maestro easily in the boot-trunk of a vehicle, the feed-in chute can be completely removed. This is done simply with the turn of a hand, no tools are required.
This feature is also especially handy for storing the machine as compactly as possible in the garage or shed when the work is finished.

Wide In-Feed: The black feed hopper guides the garden waste with wide branches into the chipper. Everything disappears behind the metal safety screen. Provided that the feed-in funnel does not become narrower, all branches continue to be fed in before being placed at the mercy of the blades.

Blade Shaft: If you remove the sieve screen from the machine, you will be confronted by the blade shaft with its twelve razor-sharp blades.
