How does it work?

Balmoral septic tanks are designed in accordance with British Standard Code of Practice BS6297 and are based on a two chamber design (4 and 5) with a long flow path which ensures a high degree of settlement (6), thus providing a low level of suspended solids suitable for discharge (7) into an underground soakway system.
