Using our Max Beam Optics System, the Coast HL5 LED Head Torch combines brightness, long battery life and low cost. With a 175 lumen output and a broad, even beam, this head torch can be used in almost any situation where you need to light up a large area, indoor or out.
A great all around choice for a wide variety of uses, the HL55 features an over-the-head strap that makes the headlamp stable and well suited for night time walking, hiking, or even jogging.

Our patent-pending headlamp light-control system uses our Light Output Control Wheel and a fully encased sensor that detects a magnetic field, making the light output control more durable and weatherproof. For added durability, an expandable Z-Cord provides power to the LED from the battery pack and is built in to the headband to reduce the possibility of snagging.
The HL7R Rechargeable Focusing LED Head Torch includes USB and AC chargers and boasts both adjustable focus and light dimming functions. With Coast's new beam shaping technologies such as our Pure Beam Focusing Optic system, you get more usable light. From spot to flood, our new optics produce superior light output and beam quality. The Bulls Eye spot beam pattern gives you a great focused spot with a maximum beam distance of 114 meters (373 feet), while producing an outer ring of flood light which allows you to see a broader area for added side vision.
